Busy Day
Today the group make a Courtesy Call to Mayor, visit the Assembly Hall and Wanpaku-land Park and High School. Temperature is 29 degrees celcius and it's probably a good thing there are scattered clouds between clear skies because humidity is 79%.Wanpaku-land Park is located very close to Ikoi-no-mori, a forest park for relaxation. There's a miniture train and roller slide built from Cosmo World. Wanpaku means kids being active or brisk.
After the middle of July, high-pressure air masses over the Pacific Ocean become predominant and the rainy season comes to an end as the baiu zensen is pushed northward. Seasonal winds from the Pacific Ocean bring warm, moist air to Japan, and the country has hot summer weather with many days when temperatures rise to more than 30 degrees centigrade.
